Final Furlong at No 26

Poor Joel is having a run of bad luck , first he lost his keys to the studio , then dropped his laptop , and finally he broke his ankle !  He's wheel chair bound now and having to keep his leg up . So sad he won't be able to come and help hang his final show at No 26 but its better he conserves his strength for the opening next week.

Barbara and I are going to Arundel to hang his show and I've invited Helen Friend to co-exhibit with her exquisite Raku work.

Joel's Trees painting is already in the window and really striking .

Mill Cut Creek, Bosham.

Joel has been invited to be featured on the Ardent Hare website and in the Oxmarket News letter, which is wonderful !

Barbara and I hung Joel's exhibition at No 26 and record time and put the Lillies in the windows , there's already alot of interest in the show and the Trees painting which has been in the window since last week  . All three venues have been very different and personally  I think the paintings look really good at No 26  ,  its a huge advantage being smack on the High st. with passing trade 7 days a week. Hope Joel likes it when he comes on Tuesday .

Helen Friend ( Raku artist ) and I go the following day and put her wonderful pieces out , they compliment Joel's paintings and just look fabulous in the space.
